New forum looking good. A kind of old fashion/classic military color style.
A few pointers I noticed while in here though.
1. I think the bright background is gonna wreck havoc on my eyes in the longrun. Most big forums I visit have gone away from white background to white text.
And two things that maybe are just not done yet:
2. Noticed images was turned of in the signature. Maybe a good thing actually as it's not what forums are about. But I know it will be complained about...
3. The avatar setting can only be selected as "no images" or something with a text saying "if you choose this then you can't have an avatar image".

Looking nice. Only problem I've had was with the avatar. Said it couldn't find the location specified when I gave the url for the image. I uploaded it from my PC and it worked fine.

Looks great!
Two suggestions:
1. The colors I'm seeing on some screens (registration, reply to post) are still the old vBulletin colors (blue/lavender) mixed with the new color scheme. I'm not sure if this is just on my end.
2. Ditch the reputation system, it's garbage IMHO. Every board I've been on that has one has turned to shit pretty fast. I know it's supposed to work the other way but it never does in my experience. It always ends up as some huge popularity contest (and a convenient way for members to snipe at each other anonymously). I've seen more complaints about the rep system in site sub-forums than any other vBulletin feature.

Mike, i'll see what i can do about the colors. if i remember right when i first did the style it was a pain to find those values in the style editor so i think i left them alone for a reason.
about the rep system, i agree it can be a problem, but i'd like to see how it works for a bit and if we notice it being abused we can turn it off.
some things you might notice are that the post counts aren't shown anymore, for obvious reasons. there is a way to get them to not count but it was a hack i wasn't comfortable with doing.
your sig will only show up once a thread/page if you post more than once. to save bw and to keep the annoyance factor of some sigs down.
things will get tweaked here and there as we go along... we have a long way to go before we're done still. this is just a live testing and bug seeking adventure for now.

i think i fixed the color issue you were referring to Mike. if ANYONE finds a problem with anything, do your best to describe it or take a screenshot of it and post it if you can. please and thank you.
by the way, everyone here so far has "Super Moderator" powers. if i'm not mistaken, that is the same as the "old" admin(ban powers included). you just don't have the ability to go into the admin control panel.

@Phoenix There is now.  Btw, I see that your from Scotland. Nice. Been there with the air force representing Sweden at an air show. Leuchars Air Show 2000. We stayed in S:t Andrews. Did a trip down to Edinburgh as well. |

Something I noticed today. Can we do anything about the lower edge of the forum where the sides end in mid air? Or is it just the way vBulletin works so you can't add a custom edge down there?
