Maybe now they'll see these Terrorists don't care about neutrality and they only want to cause death and destruction.

The Russians are already acquainted with the extremist element within Islam.  Though Russia is a member of the UN Security Council, they no longer have a financial interest in dealing with Iraq.  Their revenge would likely dissapate if paid enough.

Off topic a bit, but isn't that over-simplifying the matter? Terrorists rarely just want to cause death and destruction in my opinion- they want to cause others to bend to their idealism and beliefs through any means necessary- including death and destruction.

Just wanted to toss that in there.
