If you won a record Lotto payout(amount is not relevant) , what would your first week with the $ be like?

Me, 1st would be to put at least 1/2 away in safe investments of some kind for my kids' future/education and for us to have as retirement $. Next I would pay off ALL my debts. Build my parents and my wife's mother their dream house. Then I'd have our house/compound/ranch built (yes Bobby we'll have Bobcats there). I'd upgrade this tired old computer. Then, I'd book an ALL expense paid weekend for ALL TP members who have say 20-40 posts to Vegas. Flight, food, rooms PAID. We'd have to figure something out for our under 21 members though.

my first action as a gazillionare would be to flip off my platoon seargent and kick him in the balls. then I would build a number of mansions in different places of the world (miami, rio, dublin, the spanish riviera, etc) when ever I get tired of one big ass house I'd move to another big ass house. I would have (in each of my big ass houses) a 15 car garage for my collection, indoor pistol/rifle range (I like guns), pool, a big ass theater that played movies or tv or really what ever I wanted to watch.

first thing i would do is pay off my parents debt, buy my mom and dad each a really nice house(they are divorced).
then i would go on a nice vacation somewhere warm. i would buy a really nice house back in Canmore, Alberta and pay for all of the Platoon members to come out and party!

then fly to manchester and go to a game at Old Trafford (fishy knows what i'm talking about).  maybe buy United from malcolm glazer and give it back to the fans again...

Hmm... I'd pay off all debts and probably buy some nice, but not super expensive cars for my family.  I'd pay off my sister's and brother's med school expenses, buy a nice TV and HT system (including a pimp computer), and then invest the rest of it.

that car is not stock, and i hate driving bmw's. i just dont like the feel.  i havent driven any lately, so mabe they changed the way the cars in general feel in the driver seat.

Seriously though...pay off a few bills of family and friends.  Plan a big bash somewhere for friends and family.  Start planning out where my wife and I are going to be traveling too.  Like Mike said, I'd go pretty much everywhere...Antartica and orbit included.

Buy myself a house, there is a nice one that over looks Glastonbury (only the best music festival in the UK), pay of my parents mortgage. help my sister and cousin out with some £££££. Learn to fly helicopters, then get myself a few choppers. Get myself a Tank. (nothing too fancy, probably only a Chieftain or a Challenger 1) and a scrap yard..... just when you have a bad day, crush a car in a tank!

Establish 2 research companies, one looking into fuels and energy efficiency. The other into Bio-tech. Oh and re-establish the old (and when I say old I mean circa 1800) family brewery.
