With officially 20 days until Christmas is celebrated around the world, now is your time to share what your most favorite Christmas memory is. No smart ass answers please ...and then maybe explain why that is your favorite memory.

I'll go after a few others...that way I have time to write it all down.

Oh...and as a little kick...you're favorite Christmas Carol...you know...the one you just can't get out of your head during December.

The christmas "carol" I can never get out of my head is .  I memorized it when I was like, two years old.  Gotta love the "very special christmas" cd's.
Favorite christmas memory...geez, I don't remember right now.  I'll have to think about that.

Seeing my grandmother hold my son for the first time.

That's one that will always be with you Smiley.

Mine would be...my last one with my grandmother. She fighting her illness...but she didn't let it get her down for Christmas. She was decorating...she was singing Christmas Carols...she was making her pink stuff dessert, making her home quiches...just making it feel like Christmas. That's probably the last time it probably has felt like Christmas for me...

My favorite Christmas Carol...and one i love having in my head is The First Noel...love that song...and believe it or not Crash Test Dummies does a great rendition of it.

Favorite Christmas memory...I don't really have "a" memory in paticular that stands out.  There's been several memorable ones.  But just two that come to mind...my brothers and I (me=8, my other brother=7 & youngest bro=2) waking up at...oh...like 3am, sneaking down and opening all of our gifts to the horror of my mom, pop, aunt & uncle who discovered us in a pile of wrapping paper, playing with our toys.  Another one that stands out was the first Christmas that my family and my wife's family were together in Mexico City...wacking a pinata at 2 am out in the street with some of the neighbours.  The Policia came along and blocked off the street for us all.

Christmas tune that always sticks in my noodle...gotta be the little drummer boy...pah-rump-a-pum-pum.

hmmm... Let me think....

Song: Call me a scrooge but I would rather not listen to X-mas music. All the radios here where I work are tuned to a local station that is playing it non-stop all day and it's driving me nuts.

Memory: One year we had about 30 people come for dinner and gift exchange on Christmas Eve and it was the first year I got to sit at the adult table, me being the oldest of all the grandchildren. The conversations are much better there.

One year, the day before Christmas eve, our station-wagon was stolen right out of our driveway. My dad and uncle, both cops at the time, went and looked for it. They found it on a back road. The house across the street looked suspicious, so they knocked on the door. They said they never seen the car there before. My uncle thought differently. He searched a trashcan that was near the door and found the keys. 3 weeks later, the same guy was on the news. He tried to rob a bank in Florida. We live in Ohio.

I'm tired. Finals are next week. What is calculus again? I'm hopeless.

Driving in the car on christmas eve to meet up aunties and uncles, while listening to my dads music collection. Led Zepp' and Pink floyd always get me in the xmas spirit on xmas eve for that reason!

Also James Bond movies, Star wars movies (ep 4-6) and The Great Escape.
