all i have to say is that people are equal. treat your wife like an equal... i mean women generaly cant lift heavy things, but thats no excuse to treat them like shit and say im a man i dont do that, or i goto work and work hard, i dont need to do that (even if that women has a job too).

thats the problem with society these days, men and the respect of others in general.  we need to look beyond that.

It's true, women should be treated equally- not like objects, but not like queens either. Divide the tasks, and let those tasks that a woman doesn't have the strength for be done by the man. Also, let those tasks which require delicacy or small hands be the woman's job. I break dishes when I wash them by hand. My hands are too big to scrub the bottom of glasses.
