How can I add music tracks from media player to a video in windows movie maker?

I've never used XP's movie maker, but I have used Final Cut Pro and After Effects, as well as Premiere. In those programs, it's simply a matter of adding a track and using volume levels to mix.

Click "Import Audio or Music" or press [ctrl] +

Browse to your audio file, and click "Import"

Find the file in your collections.

Drag it to your time line, and presto. you can move it and crop it just like a video clip.
