When I use the eyedropper tool, it changes the background color instead of the foreground one.

Anybody know how to fixxy?

Just to add, you have to do this with the color window FG/BG swatches, not the toolbar FG/BG swatches.

I select the Eyedropper Tool

But when I Left-click on the red area on the canvas,
it selects the red as the BG-color instead of the normal FG.

In the color window, make sure the foreground color is highlighted.

If you click and get background when you want the foreground or vice versa, you can alt+click to the the foreground or background respectively.
