truthfully i haven't tested out the bundled software. i hadn't because i normally use picasa for basic photo editing and photoshop for more advanced. wilson mentioned a remote shutter program i was interested in and he mentioned looking on the cd also. we'll find out now won't we?

after installing and searching, no my bundle software does not come with a panarama stitching option. Wilson found one that i'm testing out now... will report back.

What do you plan to use this for? I assume by panorama stithcing you mean taking multiple photos and creating a single circular image viewable from the center of the cylinder wall, where you can pan around it and it's seamless. I'd just use a 3D program to create a cylinder, delte the top and bottom, use photoshop to manipulate the images you're using so they are seamless, and texture the cylinder. Probably be easier. I know there are 3D programs out there that are free, and I assume anyone working with photos already has PS.

If you can gte it, Lightwave has organic modelling which creates curved surfaces with a low poly count. Again, I don't know what you plan to use this for, but without knowing, this sounds like the easiest approach.

i think i'll just use photoshop for the time being. i'll more than likely need to touch up some of the photos anyways.

thanks guys for the suggestions.
