need quick semi-important help

my boss has entrusted me to find a screen magnifier for our dummy terminal computer. it's a crt(very crappy one) that has OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS of  14inW X 13inH. purchasing a new monitor is not an option because this terminal does ONE job and ONE job only. it runs a DOS app that runs a machine. not the easiest thing to find.

any help is appreciated.
