Hmmm, mabey this is more of a general topic but for sake of merchandise I feel better starting it here.

Anyone shop with these guy's before? Good / Bad / Chaotic Evil experience?

Just getting ready to build a rig & I kinda' like their prices but not sure how "customer friendly" they are when it comes to returns.

Opinion's?

resellerratings.com gives them an 8.43 from 1513 reviews... i'd say that's not bad.

BE CAREFUL with review sites. You can't go on rating value alone. A lot of less than reputable companies will actually have their employees flood sites like these with "fake" positive reviews.

I'd read through some of the less than positive reviews to determine if the comapny has any of the "warning signs" (pushy salesmen who try to up-sell, difficult returns (e.g. for store credit only), poor customer service, etc.).

Yea', the thought of Shareholder comments boosting reviews crossed my mind but I've been working at not being as cynical lately Cheesy

I was refered by a friend who builds alot of rig's from them and again the thought that a company might give preferential treatment to a mid 2 high volume customer crept in. Guess I just have to try harder on that cynicisim thingy. :/

I'm happy with the service and prices of newegg.com.  I prefer the devil I know to the devil I don't.
