8 pages of ati goodness, well they talk some of nvidia stuff too.

ati info starts here
http://it-review.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1288&Itemid=1&limit=1&limitstart=3

basically this card will be full HD support and offer it on the lower end chips too! the HD2400 will support 720p but everything else up will be full hd. it will include sound chip for HDMI output over 5.1

it will have the capability for video phsyics, sound phsyics, calculating physics for the likes of "folding@home" and various other things of this nature.

all i can say is that even if it matches nvidia in speed or slightly less, ati will be the best bargin for what its offering, a full plate of multimedia goodness, refined crossfire (thats the SLI equivelnt for ati) and new technology to delever for our games goodness.

As far as the specs of these high-end models are concerned, here's what we have so far:
- 700 million transistors - 32 TMUs, 16 ROPs
- 320 stream processors (some rumours indicate 64 4-way unified shaders but we're yet to confirm this)
- 512 GDDR3@900MHz model, branded as HD 2900 XT
- 1GB GDDR4@1.1GHz model, branded as HD 2900 XTX
- Hardware HDCP, HDMI, Crossfire support
- rumoured additional Overdrive mode for OC, but only if you have 8+6-pin PCI-Express power connectors (inside info we got - with this, card OC's from 750/1650 to 800/1800)
- 8-pin PCI-E power connector compatible with 6-pin

Prices? We have some info about that, as well (compiled from various sources):
- ATI Radeon HD 2900 XTX (R600, 1GB GDDR4 memory, 12" OEM with TDP 270W, 9.5" with TDP 240W) - ?
- ATi Radeon HD 2900 XT (R600, 740/1650MHz clock, 512 MB GDDR3 memory) - $450 (info from last week)
- ATi Radeon HD 2900 XL (R600, 512MB GDDR3 memory, single-slot card) - ?
- ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT (RV630 XT, GDDR3/GDDR4 memory, 256/512MB)- $199
- ATi Radeon HD 2600 Pro (RV630 Pro, DDR2 memory) - $179
- ATi Radeon HD 2400 XT (RV610 Pro, 64-bit, 700MHz 128/256MB GDDR3 memory) - $99 (unconfirmed)
- ATi Radeon HD 2400 Pro (RV610 LE, 64-bit, 400MHz 128/256MB DDR2 memory) - ?

Some information we got indicate that only the HD 2400 Pro won't be able to offer full HD playback (720p only), while all of the other models are full HD compatible. Also, there are some different memory configurations with the HD 2600XT model so - pick one of your own choice.

TMU's have 64-bit HDR textures bilinear filtering at true speed, as well as 128-bit FP textures working at half speed. There's also support for 32-bit shared exponent texture format (RGBE 9:9:9:5). AMD also claims some 50x the power of 8800GTX in geometry operations, which we will soon see in action. We got a couple of questions from our readers concerning the new AA/AF methods, and we have a couple of things to add to our previous article - you can use Custom Filter AA up to 24x, also new 8x Multisample AA, you can even update patterns/filters via driver update.
its benchmarked here
