Any Mac Users?

I'm wondering if I'm the only person on these boards with an Apple computer. I have an XP desktop machine but I got an iBook G4 through my school and it's been quite a blessing. Love it. Not good for gaming, but my graphics programs run great on it, and I love the stability.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else had one because I'm running into a slight issue. Lately my browsers (Firefox and Safari) seem to be running very slow. I also have an issue sometimes typing in like Photoshop or Word, where I type and the letters don't show up for a few seconds. Sometimes I can type an entire sentence and sit back and watch it appear.
Does anyone put out a spyware removal program for Mac OSX (Tiger, 10.4- NOT Leopard)? I have AV but nothing for spyware protection. I've checked Apple but found nothing. Or is there a way to reset Firefox back to the way it was when it was first installed? I'm not even sure if it's Firefox, but I haven't really been using Safari for at least 6 months, and if there's spyware on this machine, it had to come through Firefox or Mac Mail, or possibly Entourage. I don't even know if OSX has something like Task Manager for Windows where you can see processes...

You're not the only one. We have three Macs here. Two G4s and a new Core 2 Duo Mac Mini.
I'm upgrading the Mac Mini today with a bigger hard drive (320GB) and more RAM (4GB). The
standard just isn't enough if you want to run Parallels (and I do). I'm also going to setup a
320GB external drive to run Windows XP under Bootcamp.
I just wish Apple had something between the Mac Mini and the Mac Pro that wasn't an AIO.
Has anyone here tried to load Mac OS X on a regular PC? I've done it but with less than
satisfactory results. It runs but not well and it's quite shaky. Can't even resize the screen
without dieing. Can't install updates. I guess I'll keep watching eBay for a good deal on a
Mac Pro.
