$5M million case against UBISOFT

Someone has brought a class action lawsuit against UBISOFT for it's use if starforce DRM by installing it on host PC's, which has been said in the court documents to allow virus's and trojans Ring 0 priviledges to a computer article is below.

Wow, so we can all get rich then?  LOL J/K, I really hate frivilous lawsuites. Yeah they put it on there but does it affect your PC...maybey. My computer was uaffected but it was till wrong of them to do that.

It appears that there are several law firms in volved just by gandering at the end of the document. But it says in the document that the drivers allow RING0 access to viruses and trojans which is a real no-no.

I think above the rest of what we said before about this, the starforce thing, giving viruses and trojans this free reign is down right neglectful
