Review's are going up like mad for this game. Here are some reviews I have found to let everyone in on what kind of game Rainbowsix Lockdown for the PC is like.

Very interesting... had this to say about lockdown.

Sadly, Lockdown may go down in history as the installment that kills the Rainbow Six franchise.

The frustration sets in early, when your squadmates continually block your attempts to get a good leaning angle around a given corner and pile up silently behind you just before you walk into a hail of gunfire. There are times when you'll need and want some space to back up, and you won't get it consistently unless you give your team a "hold" order to keep them out of the way.

Change often represents a good thing, and plenty of games get knocked for sticking to the same formula in sequel after sequel, but the changes to Rainbow Six mystify us. Lockdown got rid of everything that made its predecessors stand out and kept the bad A.I. and even worse backstories.

Just Press Play gave a score of 4.29/10.

If you just have to have every Tom Clancy or Rainbow Six game, then by all means, go out and but this. However, if quality means something to you, then you’d better hold off.

Rainbow Six: Lockdown loses its appeal after about level four.

Strategy informer came up with a 6.8 of 10.  alittle high compaired to the others.

The levels and environments have had a fair amount of work put into them, and it shows in the detail and the size. There are some pretty cool lighting effects to be enjoyed, and weather changes impact on your experience as well. There is also some pretty impressive realism in some areas, though others leave something to be desired.

Then we get a site like who recives reviews and movies, and exclusives.  they give it a great review and you can tell that they are not true fans of the game. The game gets an 8.0

The newest game in the Rainbow Six shooter series, Lockdown, has finally arrived on the PC. What you won't find in this version of the game are elements of a straight console port.

From the first sentence you can tell that they dont know one thing from annother and they are being heavliy influenced by ubisoft. this game is a port in reality and ubisoft has lied to us. they used the same code base as the counsle's.  ENJOY.
