I always find this question interesting. What games are ya'll currently playing? I'm not playing very much right now, partly because i just have a real crappy computer, so i'm still running games from around 2003... undecided

So for me at the moment it would be:

- Some Insurgency (waiting for some fixes in upcoming patches cause it's pretty BETA atm)
- Some Raven Shield online (once in a while)
- Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition (great game!)

What i would like to play/have:

- Project Reality (BF2 PC)
- Armed Assault (PC)
- Mass Effect (360)
- Assassin's Creed (360)

I'm suffering the same problem, my p.c. is powered by mice on wheels and steam.

Currently I'm playing Original Command and Conquer.... never had the original so i bought the "decade of command and conquer" pack. awesome

Especially playing more of it while I'm waiting for my Resi 4 Wii edition to turn up.

Failing that, Mario Kart 64.

Well, theres a few 20-something broads I have convinced that I'm the American head of a Columbian Cartel, but until I get around to building a real gaming PC, not much.

World in Conflict beta.

A second attempt to try to like the Armed Assault demo.

RE-discovering Company of Heroes.  Awesome RTS in so many ways.   "If I see one more F*cking sandbag".

GRAW 1 PC. Better game than people gave it credit for, after a couple mods.

SC: Chaos Theory.  Can never go too long without a little SC.

Ace Combat 6 360 demo.

GRAW2 PC, until I got to missions 3 and 4 and it won't run on my rig. Missions 1 and 2 were great though.

I have almost no time at all to game. Between my 2 jobs which keep me very busy and very tired by the end of the day, and working on my house I just bought, things are tight.

Once in a while, as time permits, I enjoy a couple hours of Diablo 2 w/Exp. I never beat it so I'm working my way through it. I plan to play it with at least a few different characters through to the end. It's a fun game. I'd like to find someone who can play the game with me online, but not on Battle.net. I don't like the people there.

free civ

we have civ4 and the new addon too! but freeciv is a bit better in my opinion - i guess i like older games because they run faster and are better developed.

I've been playing Total Annihilation this week.  My commute to work is 45 miles each way so I don't have much free time during the week (about 3 hours a day driving).

But I play Total Annihilation on my Dell M1710 laptop at work at lunch time.

I also play a few rounds (against the bots) of Quake 3 Arena, too.  That really helps to work out some stress from the commute... Cheesy

I always forget to list that one!
I still play it at least once a week. Smiley

I'm amazed that a game that's 11 years old still has such great playability as TA.  The game really has long legs.  It would be great if the source code was released, or at least the tools for the game.  I know there's a group that's trying to recreate the engine but I don't know if they have (or had) access to the original code.  I haven't checked on that in a while, either.

I've played Supreme Commander but I find that I prefer TA to SC.  TA is even one of the few games that I play with the music on.  It's just a superior game in nearly every way, IMHO.  It would be nice if wide screen (or super hi-res) support could be added.  It looks weird (squashed) on my ViewSonic VX2435.  Multi-monitor support would be cool, too (combat on one screen and controls on the other)

Any idea who owns the assets, now, since Cavedog went under?  You can still buy TA and TA:Kingdoms (barf).  So _someone_ owns the assets.  I just don't know who.

I'm playing off of a laptop and a external hard drive, so I'm sticking with the original Ghost Recon (never gets old) and RvS, as well as BF2 and SC: CT.  I've just reinstalled GTA: Vice on my laptop for some good old fashioned stress relief.

Talon- I'm playing Condemned too. I've seen you playing it online and checked you out- you're a little bit ahead of me in the game, but not much. Great game... and creepy too. I swear you have a walkthrough cuz you've found like every secret achievement in there so far. Cheesy

I'm playing a little Gears of War and a LOT of Rainbow Six- Vegas for 360. I love playing online and developing my character.

I'm a total 360 addict right now and probably won't change that any time soon.
