Raven Shield > Vegas?

Well i know the Rainbow Six fans hated Lockdown many mannnnnnnyy reason but i'm wondering will the fans of Raven Shield will be moving to R6:Vegas, even after the huge failure of Lockdown?

I don't think you will get a good answer to that question until a Vegas demo comes out. Until then, all I can say is many people on these forums arent too happy with what Ubisoft is doing with the series. Some may not even consider the demo. If and when it does come out, you can expect a good PLAYER review on these forums, not by someone hired to make the game sound good.

The Rainbox Six series took a nose-dive after RS/UO. Raven Shield was alright, but nowhere close to the quality gameplay RS/UO provided.

As far as I'm concerned, the true series is dead.

The whole tactical feel of the game has disappeared. I sincerely doubt Vegas will bring back a tactical feel. From the trailers/teaser, it looks more like an action, go shoot everyone you can type of game. It's not that I don't like those games, but Rainbow Six is not a shoot-everyone-in-sight title.

As for the Ghost Recon exclusive sections, I think that's because The Platoon was originally centered around Ghost Recon and then parted into Tom Clancy games and then every big game out there. I think The Platoon Team just decided to go back to the good-ol' days of Ghost Recon.

ravenshield had a great demo that needed alot of work done to it. many problems it had but overall was fun. i would have liked to play the demo more than the full game because thats when the shit hit the fan.  then they had a bunch of munkeys to fix the problems, and boy let me tell ya, ravenshield was doomed from the beginging because of the crappy code they did, so those munkeys couldnt fix anything even if they were good.

then comes lockdown, the worst ubi game in the existance!  thats no joke.  ubisoft is not out to make a good game and a working game at the same time.  they dont care and never ... NEVER will.

the r6 doesnt create enough revinue to do anything for them... and you know why? because they keep FU**ing it up major, and thats the main reason they dont make as much money as they could (but they wouldnt admit or even think that).

vegas will likly be better than lockdown, thats for sure, i HEAR community interaction may help it, but overall its ubisoft and they dont have the smartest coders at all (ya take that, you heard me, and i can say it again and again unitl you get it right).

I like Ravenshield and I hope Vegas can go back to basics or atlease be as good as Ravenshied and Rainbow Six 3 (xbox)
