Are we going to have to put up with the same kind of shit Ubi pulled with the last one, no SDK, a crippled editor, etc.? Or are we finally going to be able to make some mods?

I really thought I was done modding after Raven Shield. I've been out of it so long I've probably been surpassed by Xuxa by now. If this game is good though, I'm going to get a new PC (but not until I've gotten a pair of Springfield XD .45's first!!!) and start with the CQC and pistols-only maps again!

It's only a matter of time til another company comes along and provides the kind of true tactical FPS experience that Ubi stripped away from the Rainbow Six series, and they will never sell any of us another of their crappy games again. The bastards.

Holy crap. That might have been the worst game demo I have played, ever. Messed up control scheme, retarded AI, worst voice acting in a game ever, no planning stage, no multiple teams, just total and complete shit. Who does Ubi think they're kidding? This isn't a Rainbow Six game! Rogue Spear was the last Rainbow Six game, as far as I'm concerned. Everything since then has been progressively worse.

ya this is the worst game ever.  they took the counsle version and used the very same code base then lied to us about it not being the same because they used better grfx and a differnt engine.... obviously they had to change around the way it played, but when its down to it, its just a port, and they know this.

they only want to satisfy the shareholders, well, how do you think the share holders feel now since their game is in the trash world wide?

they decided to have more effort go into rainbowsix vegas (probably will have a differnt name for pc tho). check out www.rainbowsixgame.com and goto the forums, there is a dedicated forum to rainbowsix 5 working title, go there and help out with some idea's.

its sad to say this but even if they do make it a good game it will still have bugs and no support, not even good modding support.

Ravenshield wasn't a bad game, though it had glitches and bugs and tons of hacks it was still fun.... and since I don't have the cash to afford a PC I have an Xbox, and even after the RvS of Xbox (rainbow Six) the games have went down hill.  Ubi hasn't been putting alot of effort in theses games and its sad - the Rainbow series used to be fun.  

I think your only really chance of a good game from UBI's tom clancy stuff is Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter or Splinter Cell D.A.

WTF! is Ubi trying to pull? They took away like 50 weapons. Wheres the MK23 SOCOM? I loved that gun, it was my favorite. Wheres the UMP 45...they gave us a UMP9. The SA-58 was a good addition though so far it is the main weapon I use and they did leav the MTAR-21 in so that wasn't bad but....dang man. Whats up with the 4 player team of whos characters you cannot choose.  Oh yeah and we still only get ONE attachment. The red dot sight is not an accurate model. Wheres the new AP Tri-pOwer sight....Trijicon ACOG with fiber optic iron back ups? Modern FPS HEH! ya right.Planning stage, secondary team??? Where the hell are the sniper rifles??? I dont think I'll buy R65 when it comes out. I'm having second thought about Ghostrecon III now. Are we at least going to get REAL modding tools since they obviously F@@@@@d this game away? WE ALL NEED TO WRITE TO EA and voice our opinions!

I think EA is going to step up and kick Ubi's ass in the tactical gaming market. They've got the talent and they'll recognize the whole left in the market by Ubi ruining the R6 series.
