Anyone want to upload some CoD4 screen caps here? I'm looking to add lots of content to our Gallery and get that part of our site up and running. If you do decide to upload some shots, please have the game name in the cap title some how. It will make sorting them easier until I get categories set up for the Gallery. Also, you can see the Gallery link and the shop link if you switch you skin back to the default one: "Profile > Look and layout preferances". I'm looking at getting those 2 links added to the style I'm like to keep. |

Doc: Would you consider making different sections for different games?
I'd like an "other" category, I don't want my SS's from Flight Sim X and stuff getting mixed in with screenies from COD4 and The clancy games.

X-Play gave it 5 stars and they couldn't stop praising it tonight. They think it will be fps/shooter of the year. From the game play I saw on the show I'm bummed I can't play it.

Let me start off with this:
I hate shooters on rails. The only reason I own the game is because my buddy got it for me as a birthday present.
That being said, it is one of the best plot/storyline first person shooters I've ever encountered. The game makes you want to keep playing it.

Yeah, I stopped watching X-Play when they started doing that for every major title launch that occurred. They've become corporate shills a lot more than they used to be. |

If you have played the other CoD's, You know what your in for. That means that if you didn't like them, you wont loke this. It also means that if you liked them, you'll love this, and I loved it.

well i caved in and picked up this game today. wow is it a good game. arcade mode is so much fun, and the epilogue mission was a blast.
right now i'm playing through it to get all the intel to unlock the cheats.
my favorite mission has to be the AC-130 "Death From Above" mission. just too much fun, and the things the crew says as you are blowing up enemies just adds even more to it.
the sniper mission has to be the most frustrating one though. if 1 more dog rips out my throat and gonna kick a dog in real life, j/k j/k. took me a few tries but i managed to fend off one of the dogs after it tackled me, that was interesting to see.
just wish i had a better rig to play it with settings on high. i have almost everything on low since some parts get really really choppy. it'll probably get FPS/Shooter of the Year even though Bioshock deserves it more, which i finally beat again to get the second ending.

COD4 is an awesome game.
"All Ghillied Up" is one of the finest moments in gaming history.
And in case you don't know, if you complete the game and watch through the credits, there's an entire R6 style mission taking back a flying 747 from terrorists.
COD4 is damn close to Game of the Year material.
