BF2142 Demo

well a Demo is finally out. got mine from Download.com

but yeah, it's 1.07gb and at the speed it's going it'll be done this time tomorrow :1/2:

I've played it but I cannot say I am happy about it because I have been kicked numerous times for excessive team killing and I just joined a server. I also am dissapointed with the weapon powers/abilities. And the point system sucks to me but it might change.

yeah i played the demo for only about 5 minutes and hated it right away. maybe it was just me, but the graphics weren't too eye catching. i couldn't even tell who my teamates were. and the fact there was no single player.

i do like the Titan playmode. i think that is pretty a cool idea. but i just hope Single Player is way way better than BF2. i hate playing Battlefield online, i have never enjoyed it. i like playing Single Player. i still play the BF2 Demo single player since i can play that with the unlocked weapons.

Yeah it dosen't quite seem the splash of originality BF2 was at first. I don't think it's bad, but right now I'd rather play the POE mod for BF2 then pay $60 CAD for what does amount to a mod for the most part. especially since the maps in POE are so far, supperior to most of the original Bf2 maps, and the 2 maps I've played for 2142. Plus if forgotten hope comes out any time soon, I think 2142 might not have the same pull, that is if FH has the pull I and many others think it will.
