So, I see that there are PC patches for R6:Vegas out.

How do XBOX 360 patches work. If I sign in to Xbox Live, does it download a patch based on what game disc is currently in the machine?

If you are connected to Live, it will tell you there is an update when you launch the game. It then downloads, installs and restarts.

And there is there is no way to get back on live (on that certain game) without updating your game. Youll know when there is an update :-)
