Just returned from seeing Wall-E with the whole family.

I must say, it surpassed any expectations I had of it.

The story and characters remained strong, especially when you consider how little they spoke.  The small amount of dialogue was made up for by the capturing of the emotion and energy of each bot by the PIXAR group.  Well done, I say!!

And...last, but certainly not least, by any stretch, was the fact that the final credits go by with Peter Gabriel's support.  Ya Mon!

Go see it! Cheers Thumbs up 2

Getting ready to go see it with the wife and daughter now, actually. Hard to beat $5 movies. I'll let you guys know what I think when I get back. I'm sure I'll love it.

Well, this has to be one of the best animation movies I've ever seen, bar none. I loved it. Great animation, good cautionary tale, good "love" story. Really recommend it whether or not you have kids. Definitely picking this one up.

Quoted for truth. (seeing as i dont have a wife or kids, i thought a balanced opinion might be in order!)

Possibly the best Pixar movie to date. Although I laughed more at the short film at the start.

Yeah, it's definitely not as funny as some of their others. But... for me to put it above The Incredibles, which I just LOVE, is saying something. I really think they did something special with this movie.
