Hey all.

I need a photograph or image that I can use in either Photoshop or Illustrator of a length of film with multiple frames or pictures on it. The pictures themselves aren't as important as the film and layout.

I'll try to describe what I want. I need a length of film, approximately 10 frames long although it can be slightly more or less (6 minimum, 16 max). The length of film should be curled and run from top left to bottom right, or top right to bottom left, of specified size 8" height by 16" width (although with the right piece of film I can always trace in Illustrator). The film slots (or slides, or exposures, whatever) should be visible (the pictures don't have to be there, just the empty slots will do). If this is a jpeg or similar pixellated image, it should be large enough that I can actually get 8"x16" @ 300 dpi out of it. If it's smaller that's fine, as long as it's clear enough to trace in Illustrator. The curl should hide approximately 2 frames, although 3 hidden is also fine so long as I can get at least 6 images visible.

I plan to replace the images with images of my choosing, warped and placed using Photoshop, for a collage-effect. A reel is OK to have in the image, so long as the film itself dominates the previously mentioned area.

I'd like this image tonight if possible. It's about 7:45PM EST. Message me on MSN, send a PM, or link here. I'll check back often. Seb, Laughing Bun, and a few others are already on my MSN. If you need to send the file direct, PM me with your MSN and I'll gladly add you.

How about something like this:

This is just a sample. I know you want the dimensions/orientation different. Not a problem. I created the film strip in 3D Studio Max, so it can be resizes, bent, twisted, curled, whatever-ed, however you like. Also, if you need the images on the film strip I can send you the texture, you can paste the images into the cells and then I can re-render the film strip so they are all there in proper perspective. That way you don't have to "fit" the pictures into the cells using photoshop.I can also render it at any size and with an alpha channel so that the strip itself can be composited onto any image easily.

Good?

Excellent. Basically I need it to curve in the middle just enough to look 3-dimensional (should be easy in max), so that it looks like it drapes over a background image of a car, doesn't have to be perfect, if you need more details i can give them to ya.
