Well I'm going to see a 10 PM showing of Hitman tonight...I'll give you a scoop when I get home about the movie. I think this movie will be bad ass.

i never played any of the Hitman games, but the movie does look good from this perspective.

My Review of Hitman.

In two words....

BAD ASS!!.



Timothy Olyphant (Agent 47) plays this part magnificently, a lot of people probably doesn't know who he is, but that's about to change. This movie besides Transformers and Die Hard has been the best movie I've seen this year in the theatre. It beat Spider Man 3 hands down. (ok Im not the biggest spider man fan, but I enjoyed SM3, just not as much as these other movies). I'm a pop corn flick type of guy. If it has shit blowing up...i'm cool with seeing it. This one not only has shit blowing up, but the plot was awesome.

You see a man who falls in love with a whore (she is a whore in the movie, not by choice though)...but has so much self control that he practically knocks her out and pushes her aside, cause in his mind there is only one thing to do...finish his mission. And this is a girl I would never kick out of bed for getting cookie crumbs in it.

The sniping part was fuckin spectacular. If it was a real shot I would of shat my pants. It was a great film, good story, superb acting. Timothy Olyphant is a perfect Agent 47, not because he is trying to hard...but because he's got that look that says....Leave me the fuck alone.

the acting in the trailer looked subpar.

i might go see this movie anyways, because other people i know want to see it.

actually i have seen so many movies that the trailers were the only good parts in the movie.  and the rest was just junk. so ya, you can see alot from the trailer.

and i kinda want to see this movie to see if its better than the trailer.

I haven't seen the movie, but I really liked the Hitman games. The game is so over-the-top and melodramatic -- it works in the game, but I don't think it translates well to live-action (I could see Hitman as a really good anime though, the style and story fits that genre well IMHO).

From the trailers I've seen the movie looks exactly like what I'd expect a movie based on this series/material to look like (which is both good and bad I guess).

But I haven't seen it, so maybe it's a great movie.
Being a fan of the games I'll definitely give it a rent later.
